  • Gas Heaters may require additional service by a gas company at an additional charge.

    Pools 18x36 or 20x40 will incur an additional $25 charge.

    Pools larger than 20x40 are subject to an additional charge.

    Applicable GST/QST will be added to all prices

Types Of Openings

Full Opening

  • Removing water & debris from cover
  • Removing & cleaning cover and waterbags
  • Reinstalling all pool fittings, accessories and deck equipment
  • Cleaning waterline, coping, chrome, & filtration equipment
  • Sweeping winter debris from deck
  • Testing equipment & starting circulation (depending on water level, this may be done the next visit)
  • Super-Chlorinating your pool
  • NOTES:
    • Vacuuming & water balancing NOT included (See Additional Services below)
    • Pools 18×36 or 20×40 will incur an additional $25 charge
    • Pools larger than 20×40 will incur an additional charge subject to pool size

Cement Pools (No winter cover)

  • Empty, acid wash & start-up with shock treatment

Pool Opening ( no cover )

  • Installation of deck equipment, de-winterizing equipment, start & test the system
  • Shock treatment

Seasonal Maintenance Packages

Package 1 : $1695

  • Pool Opening
  • Weekly maintenance ( one visit per week ) 16 Weeks starting June 1st
  • Chemicals required for balancing and sanitation
  • Pool Closing

    • 

Package #2 :$2195

  • Same as Package #1 with twice weekly visits

Add $100 to above packages for cement pools.
