At Total Tech Pools and Leisure, we are committed to the safety of our staff, clients, and the greater community. From the onset of this devastating pandemic, we have followed all guidelines and rules issued by the province and in fact exceeded many of them while ensuring easy access to all the critical supplies needed by our clients.
This is what we are currently doing to ensure a safe shopping experience:
We are currently open for ESSENTIAL products required for proper operation and sanitation of pools and spas.
We have established a seamless non-contact method to purchase these products at our stores and have a covered outdoor area for even greater safety.
Curbside pickup is available for all non-essential items with orders placed by phone or through our website. Clients must remain in their vehicle while products are loaded. An approved germicide is applied to all products and packaging upon handover.
Safe, Contactless Water Testing is available at our stores. This can be done while you wait outdoors for the results.
Our website has an extensive selection of products available from BBQs to Furniture as well as all pool and spa supplies. We offer delivery options (free in many cases) and curbside pickup.
Plexiglass shields are used to further enhance safety.
Masks are worn and SOCIAL DISTANCING is practiced.
HARD SURFACES are sanitized regularly.
Staff receive extensive training on these protocols and are screened daily. The importance of adhering to all safety rules and guidelines even outside of work is vigorously encouraged. Once vaccines are available, we will accommodate and facilitate access to all our staff.
