Total Tech Pools and Leisure has enjoyed continued growth since 1991 and has expanded its retail store significantly. With this growth we are looking for positions to be filled in all aspects of our business. We are looking for motivated excited people to grow with us. 2020-2021 brought new obstacles given the unimaginable circumstances that were presented, we were fortunate enough to have a fantastic team that adapted incredibly well. We are looking for Retail Sales Associates to provide excellent customer service and assist in daily operations of the store.
Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the stores profitability.
Looking for individuals with availability Summer through Fall seasons.
Responsibilities Include:
- Welcoming customers
- Give great customer service to every customer
- Answer customers questions about specific products and services
- Provide accurate information (E.g. products, services, pricing)
- Ensure store is well stocked
- Help organize routing for each day’s service list
- Booking service
- Answering phones and responding to emails
- Ensure retail and warehouses are cleaned at all times
- Other tasks and duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Good communication
- Organized
- Basic Math
- Good at team work
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Clean valid license (preferred)
- Experience with pools an asset
