    • Please check your pool regularly during the winter to ensure the cover remains in place and replace waterbags or cover retainer strips as necessary.

    • Please ensure all timers are turned off.
    • Please remove any drop in stairs prior to closing appointment.
    • Bring your salt cell into our store for a complimentary cleaning.

    • Tarps can only be secured with water bags. The use of rocks, lumber etc can cause damage to pool surfaces and will not be installed by our crews.
    • Ensure sump wells are drained prior to closing.
    • Winterizing guarantee does not include Solar systems.
    • No diving boards/slides will be removed as part of service.
    • We are not responsible for winter covers coming out of track or water bags deflating or rolling off over winter months.

    • We do not winterize stand-alone pre-fab hot tubs.
    • Abnormally large or complex pools may be subject to additional charges due to time.
    • Grommet repair is not included with closings. This would require a separate service call at a later date.
    • Fiberglass Pool Owners: Please remember to empty and drain your sump well throughout the winter season! This is especially important after a melt or a heavy rainfall. It is very important to maintain the water in your pool at the level recommended by the pool manufacturer/builder. Damage to the pool can occur if these measures are not followed.
