Order Processing and Shipping

Free Shipping Eligibility

Free standard shipping is available on most orders being delivered in Canada with a subtotal of $200.00 or greater, before applicable taxes. Total Tech Pools and Leisure will determine the best standard shipping carrier for each free shipping order, and most orders ship next day or faster. Orders under $200.00 will pay shipping and applicable taxes. Shipping fees vary by product and shipping location, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Some items are exempt from free shipping or delivery. See the product description for more details. For customers located in rural (“remote”) locations, some additional fees may apply. Please be advised that all deliveries (typically for large items) are curbside delivery only.

What is a Remote Area?

Remote areas are determined by our freight and courier companies based on your postal code, and are typically more remote locations that are outside of their defined standard shipping regions.

Unfortunately, customers located in these designated “Remote” regions will be required to pay shipping fees during checkout, even if the subtotal of the order is greater than $200.

How Will my Order Be Shipped?

Most orders placed with Total Tech Pools and Leisure are shipped using Canada Post or UPS, however, some items may be delivered locally by Total Tech Pools’ delivery team.

Returns on Orders with Free Shipping

Returns do not include free shipping – return shipping rates are calculated by the freight or courier company. If an order is canceled once in transit, it is considered a return, and the customer is responsible for any applicable return shipping costs.

The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from any applicable credit or refund.

Total Tech Pools and Leisure will pay applicable return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc).

Order Processing Times

Normal Expected Processing time for General Goods: 1-3 Business Days

Product descriptions will state if they are custom items – any product not listed on our website is considered custom. Custom items will generally have longer processing times.

Shipping & Risks during Shipping

At this time Total Tech Pools and Leisure only ships to locations in Canada.

When products are shipped to you by common carrier, Total Tech Pools and Leisure liability to you for breakage and/or non-delivery of the products by the common carrier to you will be restricted by the limits of liability provided by the common carrier’s Terms and Conditions of Carriage.

Lost & Damaged Products

All lost or damaged products must be reported to Total Tech Pools and Leisure by writing or e-mail only. Verbal reports are not accepted, and this report must be made within 14 days of receiving a product.

Order Cancellations & Changes

For the benefit of our customers, we attempt to process orders as rapidly as possible. As such, orders may be shipped from our warehouse for fulfillment very soon after they are placed. Due to the increased difficulty of locating orders once they have begun the fulfillment process, we will not be able to make any order changes or cancellations once they have reached this stage of processing.

Please review orders very carefully prior to submission and, in the event that a cancellation is necessary, please contact us as soon as possible. This will increase the likelihood that we are able to cancel your order before it goes to the warehouse for fulfillment. Unfortunately, no guarantees can be made.
