Important Notes
OPENINGS DO NOT INCLUDE:
Lighting pilots or servicing gas heaters. This requires a licensed TSSA gas technician.
Repairs to pool and equipment.
Filling the pool to operational level.
We recommend Clear Water (613) 547-6258
Installing automatic cleaners.
Vacuuming of the pool.
HST will be added to all services.
Please allow 2 weeks from pool opening to first use to allow for cleaning, balancing, heating, and any repair issues to be addressed.
Safety Cover Pools should be opened in April to early May to avoid the pool turning green!
BEFORE SERVICE IS PERFORMED PLEASE ENSURE:
Water and power in the backyard is turned on.
Crew has unobstructed access to the pool and equipment.
Sump wells have been drained.
Salt Cells, cartridges, plugs etc. are left out for the crew.
Please leave the gate unlocked, or access to the pool area.
Please clean up after your pets.
Vinyl covers must be stored in water. We will place in container if provided but client must add water and algaecide.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for the cancellation or rescheduling of any Pool Opening. This policy is in place because each slot is reserved and held specifically for the client, making it unavailable to others during peak periods. Additionally, adequate notice is necessary to adjust staff schedules accordingly. A Late Notice Cancellation Fee of $50.00 will be applied to cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours notice.
